HOW WE OPERATE!

· Morrelle's recruiters are in daily contact with various U.S. military installations in search of the best and brightest Engineering & Management, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computers, and Mechanical Maintenance folks leaving the ranks of our Armed Forces.
· Each potential candidate is pre-screened based upon his/her military performance history, technical and communication skills, and professionalism.
· We review a candidate's annual Military Evaluations; technical certifications, licenses, training, and experiences; and professional references.
· Only after our rigorous screening process do we allow our candidates to interview with our clients.

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS!

· The initial dialogue between candidate and company will be in the form of either a telephone interview or an onsite, face to face interview at the client's facility.
· Prior to the interview, all candidates are prescreened and fully briefed relative to the location, salary, required technical skill sets, and job descriptions of the specific position(s) that our clients seek to fill.
· (This enables both client and candidate to engage in more meaningful dialogue without an increase in interview time.)
· The end result of this process is that our clients will see only candidates who are focused, qualified, and interested in our client's positions.

AFTER THE INTERVIEW!

· Immediately following the interview, Morrelle Technical Search evaluates the feedback from all participants, clients and candidates, and confidently recommends follow-up action where there exists true mutual interest.

WE
ELIMINATE THE TIME AND EXPENSE OF SCHEDULING AND CONDUCTING UNNECESSARY FOLLOW ON INTERVIEWS.
