Back to Career Coach

Before we begin to tell you about all of the wonderful and exciting career openings that are available to you, the first step in our process is to find out more about YOU as an individual.

Morrelle's motto is "Relationships are Everything" and relationships can only be developed and maintained if there is a complete understanding of your needs. The moment that an associate from our office calls you, you can expect the initial dialogue to be one that is friendly and focused on MTS listening to your career expectations. The following is a sample of the types of questions that you can expect:

1. What do you like or not like about your current job situation?

2. What does job satisfaction mean to you?

3. Why are you looking to make a move?

4. How soon would you like to consider making a career change?

5. What motivates you at your current position? What would motivate you to consider leaving your current employment situation?

6. Where would you like to see yourself in 2, 3 or 5 years from now?

7. What geographical areas would you prefer to live in and why? Would you consider relocating for the right job? If so, what do you consider the right job to be?

8. What are your salary expectations?

This series of deliberate questioning is aimed to give our staff a better indication for whether or not we can be a good resource to help you now or in the future.

Lastly, knowing what you want in a career includes looking at your whole life. In order to build meaningful and lasting relationships with top notch technical talent, Morrelle Technical Search Inc. has teamed up with Mprove Coaching, a national company that will help you understand how to find true fulfullment by looking at all the areas of your life, what you truly value, and how your career choices support and honor those values.
