Policy for Referral Bonus Program:
Any individual who refers an eligible candidate and that candidate is assisted by Morrelle Technical Search Inc. in locating a new position within one calendar year of the referred date is eligible for the following CASH BONUS.
á A qualified referral must not be presently registered as "active" with Morrelle Technical Search Inc. or currently employed by one of our client companies.
á The referral bonus will be paid after Morrelle Technical Search Inc. receives payment from our client company and after the guarantee period is complete.
á The referred candidate(s) must either be emailed, faxed or called into Morrelle Technical Search Inc. Referrals must include: Candidate's name, current employer, home or office phone number and a brief summary of their skills.
á Please include whether referred candidates should be contacted with or without using your name.
á There is no monetary limit on the number of referral bonuses an individual can receive during the course of one year.
á A 1099 will be issued at the end of the calendar year. This must be included with your Federal and State tax report.
